Senior Product Designer

About this role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about solving hard problems and shaping the future of an industry. You will work alongside top engineers and designers to transform the staffing and supply chain landscape. This role involves high ownership, practical design solutions, and close collaboration with both product and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Rapidly prototype designs to facilitate team evaluation and alignment
• Develop and refine user experiences within mobile and web applications
• Drive the development, governance, and evolution of our design system
• Understand, document, and visualize both business and worker needs
• Conduct user research to validate concepts and usability
• Actively share work with the team, gathering feedback for improvement

What we're looking for

• 4 - 7 years of experience designing products that solve real-world problems, ideally in a startup environment with high ownership over end-to-end designs
• Impeccable craft: detail-oriented, technically relevant, and able to create intuitive interfaces through nuanced interactions
• Experience co-authoring or maintaining design systems and scalable design components
• Resourceful and inventive problem solver, comfortable with software, hardware, or creative hacks
• Collaborative by nature, thriving in team settings and user research
• Adaptable and humble, excelling in fast-paced environments and iterating without ego
