As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a new platform. You will build foundational parts of the technology, set system architecture, and help deliver on the technical and product roadmap. What you'll do

• Work closely with technical leadership to build the product from the ground up
• Champion user experience and guide design decisions alongside the founding team
• Set foundational system architecture and select key technologies for the codebase
• Help build V1 of the platform and deliver on the technical and product roadmap
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer at high-performing, talent-dense companies
• Experience building products from the ground up and setting technical direction
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
• Passion for user experience and product quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a strong in-person culture
