Founding Full-stack Engineer

About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of search. As the founding full stack engineer, you will shape the foundation of the developer experience layer with a scrappy, but rigorous, and product-led growth mentality. You will have the autonomy to build end-to-end features, iterate quickly, experiment, and collaborate at the intersection of frontend, design, backend systems, and AI infrastructure. Your curiosity to learn and growth mindset will help you excel as a hands-on builder who loves to roll up your sleeves and ship code that other developers adore.

What you'll do

• Build and own the dashboard: usage, billing, evals, live logs, etc.
• Talk to customers, understand what's breaking or missing, and ship fast to show the value of the product.
• Collaborate closely with the research team on continual improvement.
• Own full-stack features that impact how developers interact with the product every day.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack features
• Strong fluency in both frontend and backend development (React, Typescript, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Past experience at a fast-paced startup, or a personal track record of shipping fast and learning faster
• Bonus: experience building devtools or working with AI infra / RAG systems
