About this role
As a founding team member, you will shape user acquisition and engagement strategy through technical experimentation. You will build and iterate on product-led growth mechanisms, launch standalone growth experiments, and develop interfaces for backend capabilities that drive organic distribution. This is an opportunity to shape the messaging and growth of a novel product alongside a deeply technical team.
What you'll do
- Build and iterate on product-led growth mechanisms and experiments
- Develop and launch standalone growth experiments and user-facing features
- Build interfaces for backend capabilities that drive organic distribution
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape messaging and product direction
- Analyze and optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies
What we're looking for
- 2 - 6 years of experience as a growth engineer or founding engineer, ideally at early-stage startups
- Strong experience with React and modern web technologies
- Experience with technical experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, in-person team
- Strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
