About this role
We're seeking a Design Engineer who can take ideas from rough sketches to production-ready experiences. You'll own the look, feel, and user experience across our platform that helps developers extract and process web data at scale. From core product interfaces to documentation sites, playgrounds, and marketing pages, you'll shape how users interact with our tools. If you're passionate about motion, precision, and performance, this role offers the perfect blend of design and engineering challenges.
What you'll do
- Build beautiful, fast user interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind, and Framer Motion
- Create and optimize product pages and interactive developer playgrounds
- Maintain and scale internal design systems across all platform surfaces
- Own UX and visual polish across marketing, documentation, and application interfaces
- Collaborate directly with product leadership to ship high-impact features
- Lead proof-of-concept work for new ideas and user experiences
- Translate rough sketches and ideas into polished, production-ready interfaces
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Design Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, Tailwind, and Framer Motion
- Experience taking projects from concept to polished product independently
- Sharp eye for design with strong understanding of motion and interaction
- Obsession with great user experience and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-moving, high-trust environment
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating live projects with real user impact
